I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with Lloyds Banking Group it has opened up some amazing opportunities for me and given me a chance to gain valuable experience in an area I love.
Colleagues were always friendly and happy to help whenever I felt like I needed it, they made my work say easier and more enjoyable
My line manager is friendly and approachable, she offered me valuable guidance and support throughout my placement
I felt like I had enough work on most days however on occasion I felt like I had the capacity to do more
I felt like I was given an efficient amount of responsibility
Amazing skills and training to help me continue my degree and beyond, I feel as I have gained so much experience here
The Company
The office had an incredible friendly atmosphere and was a lovely place to work in during my placement
We always had the information and equipment we needed to hand exactly when we needed it, a question was never left unanswered. Very well planned and set up
Always made sure I was doing work in areas where I would gain the most valuable experiences and take a lot away from it, never left me with unanswered questions or feeling unhelpful
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Incredibly appealing definitely a company that I would love to work with closely again
The Culture
Yes, living together in provided accommodation helped as it gave us more time to get to know one another and socialise after work, I think most others would agree with this
London as expected is an expensive area, but as it was expected prior to me coming here it was never an issue
Amazing atmosphere, a tad expensive but was as expected, I really enjoyed taking advantage of most of the nightlife nearby
Yes, there were colleague social events that were put on regularly so that you go to know you colleagues just as well as you knew the scholars
