  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Most of the time i enjoyed my job though it was particularly stressful due to tight deadlines and fast fashion.

    • Everyone at debenhams was extremely helpful and friendly. They made me feel involved and part of the team.

    • My managers were very helpful when i was learning the ropes and gave me guidance throughout the year during reviews.

    • You do not stop in buying....

    • My knowledge about buying has increased dramatically thorough my placement and i am so glad i did it!

    • Everyone is time poor and constantly busy doing their own job. I was so busy with my job that i didnt notice half the time!

    • Very well organised with excellent training.

    • Training at debenhams was excellent with a number of courses avaliable to placement students.

    • I have been offered a job after i graduate and will seriously consider the option.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • It was difficuly socialising as you work very long hours but great when a night out was organised. Especially around xmas!

    • London is very expensive! But very trendy!
