The Role
The work environment was amazing and the work gave a real sense of helping the business and customers.
They were all amazing, I was never babied and was given as much work as I could handle, important work as well instead of menial tasks.
Always happy to help, my manager Fiona was incredible and the whole team were so so helpful.
The collaborative nature of the work made it hard to plan workloads, lots of it depended on when people got back to me, so there were times I had little to do or too much.
Once I was comfortable with the work I was allowed to take the lead on projects and make suggestions without anyone looking over my shoulder.
Not so much for uni, but so useful for future employment.
The Company
Agile, so no suits and lots of collaboration. Very collaborative, lots of fun.
Some disagreement about logistics of my placement, well handled over than that.
I was sent to Edinburgh with all expenses paid for to visit their office. Given online courses to complete, and colleagues were more than happy to help me with learning how they worked.

Working from home
99% sure of a spot on the graduate program.
The Culture
Everyone was very easy going and the atmosphere was jovial, there were social nights out for coworkers leaving.
Very expensive as London, luckily I could commute from home. Food and drink is very expensive in the area.
London, so good nightlife but very expensive
Loads, Lloyds offered loads of social, networking and educational opportunities.
