The Role
Really well organised and gives you a proper insight into the company.
They treated interns like full time employees.
They gave support wherever necessary but also the independence for you to learn
That depended on the project. You make your own work and do as much as you want to do.
I was given a lot of responsibility but it was earned.
Everything from time management to presentation skills will help me.
The Company
Very friendly atmosphere.
Clearly a lot of experience organising it and it was very well run.
They invested as though we were full time employees with team building days and workshops.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
I got a job and will definitely be taking it.
The Culture
They organise a lot of events and everyone is very sociable.
London is expensive but the salary is good and they subsidise a lot of socials
Loads of pubs bars and clubs with offers for employees.
Lots of sports and socialising and community action.
