The Role
Very much so, I feel I have made some good friends and enjoyed the nature of the work. The thing I have enojoyed the most is the variety of the work I have undertaken. For example I have been lucky enough to work on 3 different clients, attend training days, attend a corperate social responsibility day, shadow a partner, and attend the companies annual conference.
I have felt very valued. Initially I was given fairly mundane tasks such as condensing board meeting minutes, however I soon progressed onto completing complex excel files that were part of the final audit. For the majority of my time at EY I feel as if I was treated as if I was a full time employee there. I always felt as if there were people at EY who were grateful of my work.
I felt I got a lot of guidance from my amanger
Moderately busy, there were times where I had nothing to do.
I was pleasantly surprised with the level of responsibility I had
I feel the development of my excel skills have been the most useful
The Company
Good, I enjoyed working at the EY office
Very well organised, I feel it had a very good structure
we had a lot of training from lunch and learn sessions, to 1 on 1 meetings and group tutorials
Yes very, I think EY is a good company to work for
The Culture
yes there were many social oppporutnites at EY
Moderately expsnmicev
Bristol has a great nightlife with excellent bars and clubs
Not that I can think off for me, although I am aware there are a number of societies at EY
