The Role
Thoroughly enjoyable. Great working environment.
Felt welcomed and included.
Loads of support from everyone in the firm. No-one is off limits to talk with. Manager regularly checked in with my progress and arranged meetings to explain concepts and processes.
When not working at my desk, time was filled with meeting as many people as I could across the firm and shadowing on different desks.
Regularly trusted with value-adding work. Often good to ask for responsibility however.
Learning curve was very steep. Great exposure and skills gained to progress my career with.
The Company
Friendly working atmosphere. Feel comfortable and able to speak to anyone. Great facilities also.
Extremely well structured. Training week at start was a great way to build knowledge before the actual role. Even during the role, HR were constantly organising enjoyable extra-curricular activities. The 2 week rotation towards the end of the internship provides great insight into another area of the firm.
Full training week was invaluable. It was ensured that I understood everything thoroughly and was progressing my knowledge and abilities.

Future employment at this organisation would be very much appealing.
The Culture
Very good social scene. Regular meet ups on Friday evenings and lunch times.
London isn't cheap, but that is to be expected.
Good range of bars nearby. Shoreditch is walkable also.
Yes. Played 5-a-side football, helped at a CSR event and had the opportunity to abseil down the office building.
