The Role
Really enjoyed my placement, colleagues were welcoming and engaging. I had the opportunity to be involved in a variety of different work, and to have some real responsibility.
Had the opportunity to help and get involved with lots of things, they trusted me to do work. Had some team socials, and also felt included in day to day conversation.
Managers were readily available and happy to help. Had engagement with fairly senior colleagues. However some of the intern challenges (not regular work) were less well supported for help- HBP challenge and digital champion challenge
At times very busy, usually fairly busy however there were some times when I was lacking worn because I was waiting for information etc back from other colleagues or stakeholders.
Had the opportunity to PM a few things, and lead stuff on my own, driving the project and delivering outcomes. Also worked on projects taking responsibility for individual pieces of work.
Developed skills i already had, and learnt new workplace skills
The Company
Fairly well, given good infrastructure and work tools. Only issue was occasionally I was short of work
