The Role
I had a great time on my internship. The team I worked with were really nice and I learned a lot during my 6 weeks.
My colleagues gave me genuine work and they were happy to give me help where I needed it. I was invited to socials and it was very easy to make friends.
I had a buddy, counsellor and internship manager all of which helped me when I needed.
Perfect balance during the internship.
Due to the technical nature of my job it was hard to be given too much responsibility but I still helped out some senior members of the team.
I learned some applied econometric techniques during my internship to produce some forecasts which will be useful in my final year.
The Company
Everyone works hard but people are friendly and will always find time for a conversation.
Very well organized. I had plenty of tasks to do as well as loads of introductory talks to introduce me to the different areas of the service line I was going into.
My excel skills have become pretty sharp and I've also learned how to use some data visualization software.
Would be a great company to work for.
The Culture
Yes.
In Bristol so it's quite pricey but not quite London.
Bristol is a great city for this.
Plenty of things on offer.
