The Role
Full of highs and lows on a day to day basis, in reflection I can only really remember the highs!
You are really listened to and valued as a member of the team.
My branch manager was great but from seeing other branches not all managers are as good.
Often you feel very short staffed and cannot stop to think as you are constantly in and out of the office.
Towards the end of my internship I was "counter managing" which involves controlling the logistics of the branch for a day. This includes managing your staff and cars throughout the day.
I have learnt so much that will shape my future decisions but I did work in an exceptionally good team. Compared to other placement students I think I have had the most exposure to various business experiences.
The Company
Customer often commented on how happy we all were.
Great training folder that makes you get stuck in.
It is very much independant learning, you are in control of your own development.
Financial Bonus
If you have the exceptional sales ability then Enterprise will want you back. Personally I only have average sales and therefore got overlooked.
The Culture
Many charity events through the year
