The Role
I really enjoyed it- I had a great team and was on a really interesting project where I was given a lot of roles and responsibility. Everyone was really accommodating with explaining things and were really friendly.
Everyone was really good at including me, asking for my opinion, inviting me to meetings and giving me projects to take on on my own with little guidance so that I could really push myself
She was always there to help me if I needed it and always helped to explain things to me and include me
I was given a lot of work to do, there were just sometimes where I couldn't do my work until someone else had done something first and that was when I was sometimes waiting, but if I asked there was was always something to do
I think I was given the highest level of responsibility given my knowledge.
I have gained such a wide range of skills that will help me both in my professional and personal life
The Company
Really friendly but very professional and busy. I was on a floor with my clients so we always remained professional but everyone go ton really well.
Everyone got on an engagement quickly, my engagement manager was away for the first 2 days I was on the project so she set me up with someone else on a brief project so whilst she was gone so that I wasn't just sitting around doing WBLs. There was a bit of time in the first week where we didn't really know what we were supposed to do and our IT induction happened at the wrong time where we had already had our laptops for a day and we had to log on and go on skype for it but in the induction they were teaching us how to log on and go on the internet which we had to do to be able to go on it.
counsellors are good, had an experience map with things to fill in for personal development and people are really good at giving feedback.
I would love to work here in the future
The Culture
There were a couple of social events but not too many, and a lot of people were client side so didn't want to come to Canary Wharf for drinks.
Very expensive, I am now broke.
Pretty decent, I had some great nights.
Not really I didn't feel.
