The Role
Fantastic experience with brilliant people.
Everyone I worked with was brilliant. We were all in accommodation together, and this helped us bond as a group.
Management was flawless. Support and feedback were second to none.
Fairly busy. We had weekly progress deadlines, so it could get a bit hectic. There was always something to do.
We had complete control over the direction in which we took our project.
Hopefully the skills will be useful for my career, and work experience in general is very valuable on a CV.
The Company
The open plan office was a joy to work in, and we were all placed together.
Absolutely seamless. Computers ready and set up for us the second we arrived.
Mentors were brilliant, and we got access to IB< internal education.

Working from home
At IBM, you can do so many things there's bound to be something for you!
The Culture
We cooked together occasionally, and living together was a big bonus.
Both reasonable.
Not great if you're looking for clubs, but Southampton isn't far away.
We played badminton, squash, tennis and went to the gym.
