  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Really interesting internship with a very fun, intern focussed environment

    • As interns we were very highly valued, being placed in front of VPs and other senior management on a regular basis

    • Fantastic support from the Extreme Blue manager and mentors

    • Quite busy, but towards the end things started to drag.

    • Lots of responsibility for our project, could set the direction and develop it as we wished.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • Didn't develop many new skills, more getting a chance to utilised those picked up in University. Definitely improved public speaking from the many presentations.

    • Intern only open-plan office made for a very fun environment

    • Recruitment process could have benefited from some more communication, but once we arrived everything was great.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Best thing about Extreme Blue was the 15 other interns. Fantastic people.

    • Free accommodation leaves a large budget for socialising!

    • Quite english country town.

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?

    • Nothing formal, but living with the other interns threw up lots of opportunities for extra curricular activities.
