  • The atmosphere in the office is very relaxed. Everyone is easily approachable and helpful. • Future employment prospects within the firm is very appealing. The firm makes it clear that each of us has a place in the firm and we aren't competing with each other. This is something very important as this ensures team building and healthy relations with other interns from the first day itself. The firm also helps us at every step to discover what we would like to do and puts emphasis on our views and focuses on personal development.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Yes there was a good social scene amongst the other interns. We went for drinks after work and went for lunches together and made the most of the time we all had together in the office. Going forward, I'm certain we will be friends in future too.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Cost of living was fairly decent and socializing depends on where you want to go and how much you want to spend. Staying near the city center is expensive however staying a little away is decent and affordable for students. It all depends on the type of accommodation and the transport links.

    4/5

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • The nightlife was very social. One can always go near the Canals or Mailbox mid week or on the weekends if they wanted to relax, unwind and have a good night. The city nightlife is quite lit.

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • There are opportunities available however due to the short duration of the internship it is not easy to get involved due to less availability. However, given a longer duration, one can easily get involved in activities outside of work.
