The Role
Incredibly. It was very eye opening and gave me an incredible insight into the world of banking.
Extremely. I was given a lot of responsibility via my projects which demonstrated how interns are treated equally like all else in the Group
I was given guidance and support whenever I required it/asked for it.
I like to keep busy all the time and I had the perfect workload for that.
I feel as if I was given plenty of responsibility which allowed me to display my skills.
The task itself - analysis - will help me with my modules for next year. My ability to use and understand Excel, my time management has improved and my motivation.
The Company
Always busy, there was always a vibe of activeness in terms of work
Very well.
My line manager always pushed for my personal development and my career plan.
Incredibly.
