The Role
I had a great time here. Very well-structured internship program. My managers and colleagues are all very friendly and helpful.
Incredibly patient and helpful colleagues. Extremely willing to teach and chat.
My manager is very supportive. Constantly making sure that I have some work to do and is always there for any questions.
Quite busy. The work is very deal-focused, so workload depends on the market.
From the very beginning of the internship, I was given the opportunity to look at transactions, involved in discussion and provided my opinions.
I think I have further developed both of my quantitative and qualitative analytical skills in this internship, which I believe will definitely help me in my future classes and pursuing a job in this industry,
The Company
People are very hard-working and also quite chill.
Very well organised. Each intern has a dedicated primary and a secondary manager. There is also a HR rep that do regular catch-up sessions with you. Various after-work social and networking events organized by the HR.
The company believes in long-term investment in talents. For interns, we have various insight sessions for us to understand the different departments and functions of the firm.
Company Parties/Events
Nice working environment, great colleagues. Very appealing.
The Culture
Besides the events and drinks organized by the HR, The interns also self-organized social events.
London is quite expensive, but still cheaper than NYC.
London is full of fun places.
