The Role
Great company to work for with amazing culture!
Everyone is willing to help you and go beyond to teach you as much as they can. Your impact is highly valued by your managers and colleagues.
Apart from the projects for the internship/rotation you are engaged with numerous projects and extracurricular activities. I really liked ESG Challenge where we were given a consulting project to help charities achieve their targets. It was not only a great way to make a positive social impact but also get to know others within the Bank.
Your projects are valued along with other employees. Really enjoyed the trust that managers had in my but also the fact that I could contribute with my work alongside other employees.
The company is highly focused on increasing your knowledge on the industry; however, I feel that the initial training could have been more challenging.
The Company
Very friendly and supportive yet professional. Really like it!
Feel that this is an area of potential improvement in comparison to other companies.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Too early to say it.
The Culture
The best company I have ever worked in terms of focus on networking and meeting people in more relaxed environment. Definitely recommend!
London prices... However, with the salary given you are able to afford it. Costs of living are really high though.
Perks of living in London..
BofAML really surprised me (positively) in this area. Really enjoyed my time here.
