The Role
I really enjoy working in BofAML. People are very friendly and they are always trying to teach you.
They always thank you for the work you do and they give you a lot of feedbacks in order to make you doing a better job the time after.
It really depends on the day, there are some days in which it can happen that you have a lot of deadlines while other are very quite (especially during the summer).
As an inter, you don't have too much responsibility even if sometimes you get into projects that require you to be very focus on the deal and to try not to make mistakes.
A lot! I think doing a summer internship is the best way to complete your basket of skills.
The Company
The general environment is very friendly and, as i said, everyone is trying to help you to make the most of the internship and to teach you as much as they can. They are also very understandable in case you have some difficulties or personal problems which I found very nice.
I would say that the internship as a whole was very well organized with many events for networking between interns as well as inside the team. I think this was a fundamental component in having a perfect balance of working and knowing other interns.
I felt very important in this sense as BofAML organized a lot of training session, both before and during the internship which helped a lot in terms of technical but also soft skills.

The Culture
yes definetely, everyone is very hard working. Moreover everyone is from different nationalities and has different backgrounds which helped a lot in terms of soft skills.
Quite expensive, but in london is expensive in general.
I lived in Shoreditch which in this moment is the best place for night life.
Yes we had a lot of networking events as well as charity events which enabled us to know the team also outside the office.
