The Role
The internship was very well organised and the culture at HSBC extremely open. I was able to get a brief introduction to the finance world, although the job itself was not that interesting.
The culture was extremely open and I was able to meet with very senior people.
My both managers were extremely supportive and had time to discuss with my every week.
I was able to organise my days and sometimes I felt I could have done a bit more.
I was involved in current deals and initiatives and able to add value.
This was a great way to see the practical applications of my economics studies.
The Company
Open atmosphere, a bit dull sometimes at the office; the branch was busier in that sense.
Very well organised; involved multiple activities and many learning possibilities.
A lot; many training days involved.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
The company seems great; only the sector was not right for me.
The Culture
We had such a great social atmosphere with the fellow interns.
Living £500/month and food around £10/day.
Great.
Yes.
