    • Supportive working environment where people are available to guide you through your learning curve

    • available and socially welcoming

    • consistent and always present. I had a mentor, staffer and development manager ready to help me through my decisions

    • very busy apart from the first week where we were short of projects

    • depends on the project, deadlines and managerial attitude of the team I was working with. I had both micro management and complete freedom in running the show

    • it helped me understanding that I want to do this job and next year at school I will focus on those subject that will be succeeding faster if I get a FT job offer

    • warm and enjoyful

    • it is well organized and structured - maybe less on the first week at the desk when we did not have many projects - but I believe it's normal

    • I feel I was supported throughout the programme as when we asked to get exposed to technical works, they gave us the opportunity immediately
