The Role
Great experience at 360 degrees.
I worked within the trading floor in a pretty exotic desk. Due to this, part of the seniors have not been always focused in integrating me into their projects.
My manager has always been very patient and supportive during the entire internship.
Except for very few days with a light workload, I have always been very busy and involved in challenging tasks.
Taking into consideration the considerable skill set and experience requested in my desk, I have been given for a considerable responsibility from day 1.
The experience will be very helpful in my future studies and career.
The Company
Friendly and supportive
Good organisation from the initial training to the end of the internship.
The firm is focused on strongly investing into the small number of intakes of each year.
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing
The Culture
Good scene, but due to the global small number of intern, spread in addition on totally different divisions, has not been always easy to build deep extra work relationships.
Very expensive
I lived in Shoreditch, excellent nightlife.
The HR organised several events to promote the cooperation and the integration of the intern within the firm.
