The Role
It was hard at the begining, but towards the end it was easier as the networking oppurtunities provided with better infrastracture of information and knowledge to be assisted with.
I was given daily feedback on my work, all being constructive and positive.
when I could not proceed with my work for one reason or another, I addressed that to my manager which helped to correct it.
I always had something to do, sometimes 3-4 projects in parallel, but that was the fun about it.
my line manager gave me the oppurtunity to be responsible on my project, and own it.
definitely communication skills and team work skills.
The Company
could have had better social life.
very well organised from start.
especially with networking events and access to knowledge bases.
Subsidised Canteen
was offered a contract.
The Culture
we used to go out at most of the time, almost twice a week.
London bridge area is not expensive as in the city.
very boring, the area shuts down after 6pm
could have been more.
