The Role
I had a great time here over the summer.
I was an integral part of the team, I felt that they were happy with the things I did.
Luckily, I had a great relationship with my manager. I was given adequate support all along.
My role was a rather busy role especially because of the interim results. My days went past very quickly as I had always something to do.
In my role as an intern I couldn't be responsible for a lot of things, however there were certain controls and reports that I had full ownership on.
I am studying finance and accounting at the university. Most of the activities were very relevant for my studies as well as finally I had the chance to experience certain things from a practical point of view.
The Company
Very flat structure and a friendly environment. Everybody is very approachable and helpful.
This was one of the reasons why I came to do this internship because everything seemed to be very organised. It turned out to be even better than I expected.
To name a few, I was involved in Teamwork activities, Excel training sessions, Presentation training.

Very good and well organised graduate scheme. Very steep learning curve. After the graduate scheme, full time employment is offered.
The Culture
Absolutely. I am happy to say that I made some very good friends over my placement.
Cost of living is high but it is rather standard for this part of the UK. Many opportunities to go out. easy to go down to London as well.
I wasn't personally involved but I heard that it is very nice.
Yes plenty of activities. (Charity, Sports, etc)
