The Role
I really enjoyed this internship as it gave a good mix of responsibility and support.
I felt highly valued by my colleagues in both my placements on this internship.
I was always able to ask for support or advice from anyone that I worked with not just my manager.
I was kept busy at both my placements but I never felt over worked and if I had a member of my team would have been more than happy to assist me.
I was given a large amount of responsibility at both placement, either in a managerial capacity or by taking ownership of projects.
I have received a lot of training in management and in data handling. Additionally I have received an excellent insight into banking.
The Company
Really positive and friendly.
Very well organised with projects given to me directly, but also encouragement to find work that interested me.
I feel the firm invested a lot in me and highly valued their interns.
Travel loan
Highly appealing.
The Culture
Yes we met up for drinks and lunch on a number of occasions.
Not to expensive and as I was living a long way from home the company paid for my accommodation on one of my placements.
good.
Yes two charity tasks were set.
