The Role
At the time it was a stressful job, looking back on the year it had shown me numerous life and industry skills that i am sure will prove essential when i come to work in my chosen industry
it was a very target driven market, however in order to obtain high sales figures the whole department had to work as a team.
each individual was very focussed on getting as much sales as possible, any time spent teaching the new employees was time wasted not making money.
very busy, people will allways need new jobs
as much as anyone else, i was doing the same job as a director, sales, sales, sales
they will be with me for life, the skills learnt on placement are crutial in later life
The Company
allways fun
very well set up- the universitys have a lot of experience in placments
if your company wants you to suceed they will allways invest in your traning
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
the credit crunch has hit financial recruitment quite hard, prospects are not great
The Culture
there were very few placement students at hays
London is expensive
not good - the financial district is not known for its night life
no, there wernt
