The Role
I really enjoyed my internship with EDF Energy, the objectives that were given to me were highly interesting and I felt like I was really adding value to the company.
The team was really nice and was always doing their best for me to understand and feel integrated. The way we worked as a team and during the meetings always motivated me a lot.
I had a lot of support from everybody in the company, when my manager was busy I always had someone to refer to in case I was stuck. I never felt alone.
I generally had a really good balance in term of work to do. I did have a moment with less work and the end of my internship is busier.
I was given a lot responsibilities, I had to do market research and explain them to my team afterwards, my recommendations were always listened and took into consideration for the future plans in the company.
My internship gave me a really good overview on how to do market research, how to communicate within the company to get the information you want. It also thought me how to organise myself in the time and respect deadlines. This internship helped me develop highly important skills for my degree.
The Company
The "hot-desking" allowed me to meet a lot of people, have really interesting discussions with various people and also made really good friends.
I was in between many teams so it was difficult sometimes to organise the work but we always managed pretty well.
The company always gave me all the tools available to give my best and get the most out of this internship

Really appealing but I am not looking for a job at the moment, I am trying to discover a lot of different type of organisation.
The Culture
Perfect
Life in London is expensive but with the good salary offered by EDF Energy it was easy to socialise.
