The Role
It was quite organized and the buddy system was executed well
People were quite friendly and were keen to answer my questions
They took interest in my progress and making sure I was working rather then spending time studying
Was working on 2 or 3 things at the same time and was busy but not that it required late nite outs or weekend work
Was working on live deals and the presentations made were presented to client
Excel knowledge helped a lot
The Company
There was at least 1 party during the week
The rotations were planned out, my place of work was known and there was enough training at the start to get started in the internship. There were reviews which also helped a lot
I think just for my internship the investment was very good in training and development. Had bloomberg terminals too
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
The Culture
There was some networking or fun event for us during the course of internship
There were pubs just close to the place where we stayed
Not many during the internship except attending seminars and events
