    • It was quite organized and the buddy system was executed well

    • They took interest in my progress and making sure I was working rather then spending time studying

    • Was working on 2 or 3 things at the same time and was busy but not that it required late nite outs or weekend work

    • There was at least 1 party during the week

    • The rotations were planned out, my place of work was known and there was enough training at the start to get started in the internship. There were reviews which also helped a lot

    • I think just for my internship the investment was very good in training and development. Had bloomberg terminals too

    • There was some networking or fun event for us during the course of internship
