The Role
The Internship was very enjoyable: I got to experience a range of projects, both work and charity related, and had many opportunities to meet people from other departments that I was interested in.
Immediately made to feel like a valued team member, trusted to complete important pieces of work, and invited to all team social events.
Fantastic level of support and training, and numerous mentors provided which really makes a difference.
Quite busy between work, charity challenges and training, but all of this was very rewarding.
Trusted to lead projects and parts of more complex projects; treated like a graduate.
The Company
Everyone was very busy, but always had time for you.
Extensive training and support provided throughout.
Numerous training sessions provided, both technical, non technical and socially related, and various networking sessions arranged with Directors and Heads of Department.
