The Role
The firm provided me with training, challenging tasks, access to senior management, participation in team activities and feedback on my progress at each stage. Absolutely fantastic
I worked on real time projects that had direct impact on my team's performance
My line manager has bi-weekly one on one meetings with me, my manager on the other hand provided me with feedback along the internship, helping with solutions to area I had challenges
I had the opportunity to determine how busy I want to be on each day. I get as many projects as I ask for
I was assigned to team projects which helped me to make real time impact. I felt I had just the right level of responsibility I wanted
I have acquired valuable skills in analysis, and in-depth knowledge about my line of business. I almost feel like an expert on this already
