The Role
Meeting different people from different teams on the trading floor.
They gave me interesting work and some responsibilities.
My manager gave me regular feedback to help me to improve myself.
Not too busy, as an intern, I have the time to be with traders and sales.
Responsibilities to finish presentations and make some studies on particular companies.
Get in touch with people from different areas, be able to express my ideas clearly.
The Company
The atmosphere is really good, really friendly, people are opened and are willing to help you at any time during the day. The atmosphere is not too aggressive and too competitive.
I found the internship very well organized, with lots of meetings, a complete training program and a mid-term feedback.
They invest lots of time to help us to learn as more as we can. I guess they invest money too because we had many people coming from outside during the internship.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
We do not have any idea, maybe a graduate program or a full-time. It depends where we will finish our studies and what we want to do.
The Culture
Of course, wide range of exposure among all teams of the trading floor.
City expensive but it is London so it is normal.
Charity event, restaurants with my team.
