The Role
It is a great organisation. The people are actually interested in helping the interns. The work quality is very impressive with the intern being given a lot of opportunities to do meaningful work.
My colleagus treated me as a part of the team from the first day itself. Everyone in the hierarchy structure made time to catch up on a weekly basis and made sure the internship was a valuable and a great experience.
I had rpeated catch up sessions with my Line Manager and if I had any questions he would help me with them even when he was busy with his own work.
Incredibly busy because of the type of work that I was doing.
I had the responsibilities of a qualified member. I have done work which will help the team in not only the near future but also in the longer term.
I got a lot of information on the Financial Services sector and it would help me with case studies and specific projects that I get to do in university. I also added onto my leadership skills which would help me in appying them back at my university.
The Company
Very busy but also people found a way to have fun and talk about general stuff as well.
It was very well organised where they made sure that we had regular conversations with Senior people in the organisation. The work too was well set up and organised for me to have a very balanced experience.
We had wellness meetings and opportunities to showcase our skills.
