The Role
I enjoyed my placement very much because, it has been an opportunity I have been working towards for 3 years and I am glad Bank of America Merrill Lynch make this come true.
I was valued because mostly because of my Technical Analytic Skills. Some Traders assigned me markets to look analyse.
I felt a much greater support and care on my second rotation.
I tried to make myself busy , when I was not assigned any task. I tried to look at other markets and share trade ideas on different asset classes.
I was given average responsibility and my ability to work independently was
My Trading Experience helped me in understanding more complex markets like derivatives. With underlying securities, it was easier understanding and learning from the sell-side perspective.
The Company
Vey Nice Atmosphere. Welcoming and Helpful.
Very Excellent . From Recruitment to support for interns and well as rotations.
I feel the Company cares very highly for interns. I have not heard same from other interns in other banking industries.
