    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I learnt so much in only 2 month! I met so many people, all talented, and I was challenged everyday. My best experience so far.

    5/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I have 1 year of experience, and this is clearly, in two month the internship that gave me the most responsibility, and the one where I felt the more involved in the team and business.

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Everybody is very nice and understanding, they are here to teach you and make you this is really what you want to do. Even very senior people are easy to talk to and it makes it even more interesting.

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Between the projects, the networking, the challenges (ESG, trading game), learning sessions, extra activities... I was very busy all summer

    4/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I felt that every project was meant to be used later, and so you feel that you are given a lot of responsibility. Plus, everybody is asking about where you are, making it even more important.

    4/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I've already had an experience in finance before, so I learnt a lot by assisting traders on the daily basis

  • 3/5

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
