  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • These ten weeks have been an amazing experience: I learnt so much and I met so many great people. Thank you BAML!

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?

    • BAML has a great culture and everybody care about his colleagues. People I have worked with always took time to answer my questions and to explain me in details the projects. I also really appreciated that my opinion was not ignored and that people actually paid attention to my suggestions or comments. To finish, there is a very good mix at BAML between producing very serious team work and also having fun with your teammates.

    • I always had a good balance between guidance and autonomy.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?

    • The internship got busier and busier with weeks but I never felt overwhelmed. Also, if I've had felt so, it would have been easy to flag it to my staffer or my development officer.

    • I was given more and more responsibility, which was very gratifying.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • I learnt a lot both on the technical and human aspects. This has been a very worthy experience from this point of view.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?

    • The atmosphere was really great. People were always eager to meet you and to help you find your way in the organisation.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?

    • I have been impressed by the level of organization of this internship. Everything met to make of it a unique experience. I have to thanks the HR for that.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • The amount of training I received was huge! We had a full week of courses to start with, which was really useful and also a really good opportunity to meet the other interns. Additionally, we had at least on training session per week on very diverse subjects which were very interesting.
