The Role
These ten weeks have been an amazing experience: I learnt so much and I met so many great people. Thank you BAML!
BAML has a great culture and everybody care about his colleagues. People I have worked with always took time to answer my questions and to explain me in details the projects. I also really appreciated that my opinion was not ignored and that people actually paid attention to my suggestions or comments. To finish, there is a very good mix at BAML between producing very serious team work and also having fun with your teammates.
I always had a good balance between guidance and autonomy.
The internship got busier and busier with weeks but I never felt overwhelmed. Also, if I've had felt so, it would have been easy to flag it to my staffer or my development officer.
I was given more and more responsibility, which was very gratifying.
I learnt a lot both on the technical and human aspects. This has been a very worthy experience from this point of view.
The Company
The atmosphere was really great. People were always eager to meet you and to help you find your way in the organisation.
I have been impressed by the level of organization of this internship. Everything met to make of it a unique experience. I have to thanks the HR for that.
The amount of training I received was huge! We had a full week of courses to start with, which was really useful and also a really good opportunity to meet the other interns. Additionally, we had at least on training session per week on very diverse subjects which were very interesting.
