The Role
Very useful to understand the business of Investment Banking and the organization with global business
Colleagues are very supportive and always there to provide assistance
Both Development Manager and Mentor are very supportive and we meet regularly to catch up and they provide very useful advice.
Less busy than expected, and besides the workflow could be imbalanced as well
Depends on the projects, but could always check with colleagues to learn more about the broader picture.
From both the practical skills like Microsoft Office/building financial models to soft skills such as teamwork and communication with people, very beneficial to the following study and career

Serious for the work but relaxing during the random break
Very organised and not 100% but other teamwork/events/learning sessions incorporated, very diversified.
