The Role
Great overall experience with a steep but manageable learning curve.
As much as an intern can realistically be valued.
Help was available whenever I needed it and no one made it feel like it was a chore on their part.
A mix - some days were very quiet and some days were extremely busy.
The more you proved yourself capable of delivering what was asked the more was given to you.
The ability to work consistently for long hours will no doubt help hugely, as will the great attention to detail required in this job.
The Company
Very friendly.
Well Structured generally. Training week could be more time efficient.
A lot of skills sessions which contributed to development.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing.
The Culture
Yes, the intern group was a friendly, fun group of people.
Central London so quite expensive.
Central London so great.
Lots on offer but limited time to access them.
