The Role
I enjoyed the work which I took part in. I found it interesting and engaging.
My managers were very good at addressing any concerns. They were always available as well as having weekly catch up meetings.
I was not busy all of the time. This was the most frustrating part of the internship. I would have liked to have been busier more of the time. I often asked for work from my colleagues with little response.
I was given a range of client work and was able to draft emails to clients.
I do not feel that the skills are directly transferable, however, the excel skills I gained will be invaluable.
The Company
People tended to focus on their work.
It was very well organised.
I received a lot of training and development. We had roughly 10 training sessions of 1 hour or more in length. I also participated in shadowing days and celebrity sessions.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Hopefully I will be offered a job.
