  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I enjoyed the work which I took part in. I found it interesting and engaging.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?

    • My managers were very good at addressing any concerns. They were always available as well as having weekly catch up meetings.

    • I was not busy all of the time. This was the most frustrating part of the internship. I would have liked to have been busier more of the time. I often asked for work from my colleagues with little response.

    • I was given a range of client work and was able to draft emails to clients.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • I do not feel that the skills are directly transferable, however, the excel skills I gained will be invaluable.

    • People tended to focus on their work.

    • It was very well organised.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • I received a lot of training and development. We had roughly 10 training sessions of 1 hour or more in length. I also participated in shadowing days and celebrity sessions.
