The Role
I enjoyed it thoroughly
I felt very valued and appreciated
I was given excellent support by my LM who made it very clear from the first say that if I needed help or guidance there was no need for me to feel ashamed or afraid to ask for it, and so I was able to make full use of this. there were many tings that I didn't understand or know how to do and every time that I did ask for help it was provided in a really kind way that wasn't patronising or a deterrent for me to ask the next time.
good balance, even if I wasn't very busy on some days I always had something to be getting on with.
enough that I could handle
very much! I've learnt diligence, working under time controls/ pressures and its a lot easier for me to ask for help now because my confidence has grown
The Company
the atmosphere was very friendly and everyone got on with each other very well. I was initially vey intimidated by the office but when I got to actually speak to the people I realised they were lovely.
I think it was organised fairly well
I feel my team invested in my by encouraging me to network, take courses and see other business areas which really helped my personal development
