The Role
I really enjoyed how everyone was available to help interns and ensure that we were all involved as much as we could to different projects I enjoyed the trainings too and all the case studies that we had to prepare
I really felt valued by my colleagues I saw them trusting me more and more and giving more responsibilities over time
A lot of guidance and support through the buddy / development officer / mentor programme
Always busy ! Not a minute if it is not proper work at the desk, it is training or networking with people or working on the ESG challenge or the intern case study
