The Role
I enjoyed it
I felt very valued by my colleagues as I was doing work that was genuinely beneificial for the team
I was given support when needed it and they were always happy to help when I had qs
Always busy, had a checklist of a variety of tasks that needed to be done.
A lot of responsibility but the team were always happy to check my work before it was submitted/answer qs I had
Haven't restarted studying yet
The Company
Very friendly, people worked hard but were always happy to be interrupted. Usually more relaxed in afternoons with more conversations
Once I joined the team it was all lead by my manager, first week was run by HR and this was very good but some of the communication with HR throughout the internship was not so good
My team invested a lot of time in me teaching me how to use specific systems and about finance in general
Subsidised/Company Gym
if you do well you can get an offer to join the grad programme
