The Role
I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in the work place. However the job role was repetitive and constrained.
My colleagues were very helpful and friendly towards me throughout my placement.
My supervisors/management took a distant role in supporting me throughout my placement, however my colleagues were more than helpful.
This fluctuated daily, some days could be extremely busy where the next could be very quiet.
I was given an adequate amount of responsibility that I would expect to be given in accordance to my job role.
I have learned valuable soft skills such as time management and organisation which I use for life.
The Company
The general atmosphere was fun at times. It was always relaxed.
The HR organisation was very well organised and executed and I have no complaints.
I feel like training and development in my job role was very limited due to budget constraints.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Job prospects are available through a Graduate scheme however I personally chose not to pursue this due to location.
The Culture
There were many fellow placement students on placement with a great social scene.
As I was based in London the cost of living and socialising with relatively high.
As I was based in London there are hundreds of night life destinations, take your pick!
There were some opportunities to get involved with day out activities at the weekend.
