The Role
I had a really fun time at Barclays and met a bunch of good people.
I felt that my colleagues valued my input and actually listened.
I was given a lot of autonomy which helped me develop my skills. When I needed support, I got it.
I had sufficient work to keep me occupied during each day.
I was given significant responsibility during my internship and got to report to senior members of staff.
I developed a lot as a person over the course of the internship.
The Company
The atmosphere was very relaxed which helped me to feel comfortable from the start.
I always knew what was going on and what I was supposed to be doing next.
They invested in our development through the amount of support provided in the internship.
