The Role
The internship was well strucutured. The people are friendly and care about interns.
Yes, interns are welcomed and people generally like to spend some time with the interns.
Much support and guidance were given by the supervisors.
Depends on the desk. Some desks are busier than others. Generally less busy then friends interning at other American banks.
Some important work were done by the interns, under the supervision of the desk.
Learnt some useful technical skills and soft skills. Would be useful if the internship can be longer.
The Company
Very collaborative and people take interns seriously.
Well organised but can be improved, in terms of co-ordination.
The company invested a lot on the interns. It would be better if interns from different asset classes/ division receive the same amount of investments.
Subsidised Canteen
Good people and good culture.
The Culture
Yes, there is.
High.
Not much except for a few drinks with the team.
There are. Even interns can enjoy their weekends.
