The Role
Very supportive environment.
people were really available if you had questions about anything really be it work or not directly related to work
Depends on the team you intern with, but expect IB to be fairly busy
Varied a lot, but most of the time I was doing stuff that went directly to the client

Busy but very friendly
Did not experience any trouble with organisation, everything ran fairly smoothly
We had a whole week of training in the beginning and various speaker series events that talked a lot about personal development and were quite motivating
