The Role
Employees are very helpful and approachable. As an intern, I learnt a lot during the summer internship, in terms of technique and team work.
Colleagues willing and happy to help, very approachable even in rush time
I had a very useful mid-term review. Generally speaking, I was given feedback each time I would ask for it/when relevant on a project.
I was usually very busy, an intern in investment banking has to be aware of the potential long working hours.
I was given enough responsibility, meaning could participate and challenge my colleagues.
I learnt in terms of technical financial skills.
The Company
Very good work environment. Quiet but sometimes "fun" moments to relax and discuss.
Very well organized, from induction week to the internship with staffers listening and balancing the workload.
Very good investment, with a thorough induction week and trainings throughout the internship.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Car
Subsidised/Company Gym
The Culture
Yes a summer party was organized. Also had the chance to take part to a week-end trip with my team, and karting/dinner event.
High cost of living. On average cost of socializing.
Good but do not really have time to enjoy the nightlife.
