The Role
It was quite enjoyable but sometimes the work felt repetitive
Eveyone on the team was really nice and friendly.
There were times where I felt 'on my own'
There were differences depending on the week but noramlly not busy
I was given a fair amount of responsibility.
The main skill I developed was confidence and being in the driving seat of my internship and what I want out of it
The Company
Everyone in the office was really nice and they seemed to be happy to be there
There was organisation at the HR level however, within my team the internship felt less organised and more ad hoc
The graduate team organised weekly sessions to focus on your personal development and training
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Working wtih this firm is appealing however, there has been little communication in terms of whether I have the job
The Culture
There was not any organised social events however, the interns themselves organised fun events
I commuted from home but socialising was fairly expensive
The nightlife was fun but failr expensive
In some other teams there was more opportunity
