The Role
Fantastic work life balance, no operating on a face time way of working, but valuing you based on deliverables
Very valued, at no point did I feel a burden, I was always just another member of the team
My LM was always available, however not particularly pro-active. It worked very well though, I got on with lots of work, and he was always around to help if I needed
As busy as I wanted to be, there was always work to pick up, but you could always push something back if you had to manage your priorities
Was given full responsibility on several projects and presented to my LMs LM on several occasions
While I didn't learn much I would say are applicable to my degree, I learnt a whole host of skills to help me work in an office environment and create those interpersonal links that are so important
The Company
Surprisingly relaxed, everyone was very friendly. Everyone worked very quickly, without being rushed and hurried.
Conversion from the spring week was a very confusing process with not a lot of communication, however once on the internship, this greatly improved
A great deal of time was spent making sure I was learning and progressing properly.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen

International Travel
Financial Bonus
Very, everyone seems to really enjoy their work in the firm
The Culture
Yes and no, It was good, but not much was organised by the company for us, so it was a bit difficult to meet people
Very expensive, but as a student at Imperial, not out of the ordinatry
It's central London, it was as expected.
Not particularly on a regular basis, but did do a full day for a CSR charity challenge
