The Role
Really enjoyed my work, I was given a variety of different tasks and always kept busy. I had the opportunity to shadow people higher up in the office as well as working independent on tasks.
Colleagues I worked with were fantastic. If I needed help I could ask and they would be happy to help. If I assisted them with any work they would give feedback and thank me.
They provided any support I needed and really easy to talk to!
I had a good balance, if I ever started to run out of things they would find me other work that would be valuable to do.
I was given tasks which I needed to complete and organising doing myself. I feel I had a good amount of responsibility considering I wasn't there that long.
This has really helped me for going back into final year of university.
The Company
Friendly and helpful
Everything was well organised but as you were limited on what you could access on computer it did mean some of the tasks they planned had to be changed.
Took their time to ensure I understand things and have gave me very good advice for future.
Company Parties/Events
I will be 100% applying in future for a graduate place with Savills as they have been fantastic!
The Culture
Colleagues regularly did things socially in the evening.
I lived at home as the office was only 25mins away.
Never went out in Lichfield
Yes lots of different opportunities
