The Role
Exceeded expectations in terms of workload and participation on team projects.
My team have given me valuable projects to complete which contribute to larger schemes and genuine responsibilities and deadlines.
Every day guidance and reviews of work and progress, with regular meetings and explanations of how the department runs.
Extremely occupied with a variety of tasks and projects. The team always had more assignments prepared once I'd completed previous work.
I was given responsibility over large portions of projects detailing and supporting work during a busy deadline period for the team.
I was able to extensively develop existing skills to a more professional standard and had the opportunity to use new technical platforms to support design work.
The Company
Very pleasant, the team gets along very well and communicate effectively.
Fairly well. However there could have been more discussion between HR and the team prior to start date on both administrative expectations and workload.
The firm has invested very well in training and support, giving guidance beyond the immediate department to illuminate Savills as a whole. The firm has provided a thorough overview of the Real Estate industry with an international perspective.
Extremely appealing. The Internship provided an excellent insight into life at Savills and the kind of work/life balance an employee can expect.
The Culture
With team colleagues yes, not with fellow placement students.
