The Role
The internship was a great opportunity for me to understand more about the Savills business and the ethos of the company
From the very first day, my team made me feel very welcome. They were always willing to help or give advice if I was unsure of the task set or if I had any questions
The whole team were willing to offer me help if I needed it and were keen to ensure I developed skills during the placement. They were interested in making sure I progressed.
There was always work for me to do during the placement. Between a mix of smaller tasks for people in my team and larger projects given to me
I was given real responsibility to help prepare pitches for clients, and to undertake research for the firm leading to new business opportunities. I was trusted to complete these tasks to a high standard
The placement was a great help in order to put my university studies into the real world, and understand how to develop particular skills in a professional environment.
