About You
I really enjoyed this insight. I learnt a lot and everyone is very helpful and got me involved.
I felt some Jobs I did were admin tasks that weren't necessary beneficial and I didn't feel particularly valued.
Lots of Guidance and support everyone was happy to explain things and show me how it was done
Learnt a lot useful for my degree including valuations and report writing.
The Company
There wasn't much structure apart from department overviews which weren't that beneficial.
Good working atmosphere.
They spent a lot of time with me so I understand how the department works and how to use Savill programmes.
It gave me a good insight although I did not do the same work as I would do if I worked for Savills
It helped me understand the culture a lot
Had department overviews but weren't particularly useful.
Everything Else
I was paid a good amount but no exspenses
I Played cricket with other employees which is a good way to meet people outside work.
Not much Networking, I didn't meet anyone from a different property firm.
